David began his career in 1984 as a property manager with Boston Financial. In 1987, he joined Security Management Inc., where he was promoted to district manager in 1990. When Insignia Residential Group acquired Security Management in 1993, David stayed on, managing 13 properties totaling 2,713 apartment units. He joined Westminster Company in 1996 as a regional property manager and was promoted to vice president the following year, overseeing 35 properties and supervising 3 regional property managers.
Richard holds a degree in business administration, is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), and a licensed real estate agent. He began his property management career in high school, working for a general contractor specializing in property repairs and maintenance, including preparing sites for REAC inspections. While earning his degree, he worked as a floating manager and maintenance technician. He was later promoted to assistant district manager, then district manager, overseeing 12 affordable properties and 3 conventional sites. Richard joined the BRD team as district manager.
