4+ years of property management experience. Section 8, LIHTC, or HUD compliance experience preferred.
Handle repairs, unit turnovers, and preventive upkeep to keep our communities running smoothly.
Experience in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work preferred. Reliable and hands-on.
Manage leasing, tenant screening, and move-ins to keep our communities fully occupied.
Strong communication skills. Leasing or customer service experience preferred.
